BSTRONG accepts exchanges and returns up to 14 days after receiving it, as long as the item has not been used. The customer has the right to file a complaint on any defect or incorrection the item may have.
In order to return an item, one must file the return for indicating which store you intend to ship ou deliver the item to. After the return has been confirmed, you will be reimbursed via the same method of payment within 48 hours. If you used an ATM to pay the money will be wired back to you. If you intend to exchange the item a voucher will be issued, valid for 180 days.
Shipping expenses originating from returns or exchanges are up to the customer to pay. In this situation, only the value of the items is refunded.
If the reason for the return is a logistical error by BSTRONG, they will, after getting in touch with the customer, proceed to the retrieval of the item and assuming all expenses that come from shipping it back, as well as the return shipment.
BSTRONG doesn’t accept returns sent with prepaid postage or reinburssment.
