Which size to order?

In order to know which size to order, simply use our WHAT IS MY SHOE NUMBER? guide, and check with the manufacturer’s tables to make sure.

 


How long will my order be reserved?

The order is reserved for two (2) days after it was first put in. Non-payment will lead to its automatic cancellation.

 


How long will my order take to arrive?

Portugal (mainland):

Registered mail- 1 to 4 week days

Portugal (islands):

CTT national delivery- 6 week days

International:
Europe- 2 to 5 week days
Others- 1 to 2 weeks


What are the shipping expensives?

Shipping expenses to Portugal and Island (Madeira and Açores) are free. Shippments to Europe are €7 per item. For non-EU countries in Europe shipping is €15. For any other country shipping is €25.


Can I receive my item in a different address?

Yes, you can choose any other address other than your home to received your order in.

 


What are the methods of payment?

In our online shop was accept payment via wire transfer, ATM (Portugal), Discount voucher and PayPal.

We use Paypal to guarantee maximum security and simplicity for your payment. Your banking information is completely protected.

Is my order registered?

After placing an order in bstrongstore.com you’ll receive an e-mail whith the confirmation and a tracking numer. You can track your order by clicking in My orders in your bstrongstore.com account. You will receive an e-mail in each step of the order.

 


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time until it is shipped, with total refund of the amount payed.

 



How can I track my order?

Items are shipped with a tracking number to track your order. This number is sent via e-mail and you can use it by clicking this link:

All you have to do is input your Tracking number and you will automatically get information on your order’s movements, location and shipment.

 


I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Firstly you should check your shipping status in Chronopost’s page where you can view any details on the item. If you face any difficulties while checking it or need any extra information use ou contact form.

 


How can I exchange and return an item?

BSTRONG accepts exchanges and returns up to 14 days after receiving it, as long as the item has not been used. The customer has the right to file a complaint on any defect or incorrection the item may have.

In order to return an item, one must file the return form indicating which store you intend to ship ou deliver the item to. After the return has been confirmed, you will be reimbursed via the same method of payment. If you used an ATM to pay the money will be wired back to you. If you intend to exchange the item a voucher will be issued, valid for 180 days.

Shipping expenses originating from returns or exchanges are up to the customer to pay. In this situation, only the value of the items is refunded.

If the reason for the return is a logistical error by BSTRONG, they will, after getting in touch with the customer, proceed to the retrieval of the item and assuming all expenses that come from shipping it back, as well as the return shipment.

BSTRONG doesn’t accept returns sent with prepaid postage or reinburssment.

 


How can I preserve my shoes?

Avoid washing your shoes, however if you do don’t leave them to dry in the sun. It is unadvised to wash your shoes in the washing machine. To clean it you can use a wet piece of cloth. For daily use, you should wear appropriate socks and store your shoes in a well ventilatedplace after using them.
